I’ve been smoking shisha for quite some time and over time gained experience in the industry. After moving back to Cardiff in 2013, I decided to open up a shisha delivery service, something that hadn’t been done before in or around Cardiff. It was a gap in the market, and I never really knew if it would actually work. Soon after launching Flavaz Cardiff, sales started to pick up, and the demand for good quality shisha at home was increasing. It took us about a year or so to get the hang of things, but now almost 4 years later we’re getting bigger and better than ever before. We’ve never really paid for marketing, and most of our sales come through word of mouth, social media or this website that I’ve built. Our main audience is residential deliveries, with event hire starting to pick up a lot more recently.
